Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 6 October 2020, bringing up Karthik’s child. Naira asks Karthik where he was. Karthik says that the nurse took him to change clothes.

Later, Kayra vows for her child. They say that they will support their child in the future.
Ahead, Surekha, Gayu and Kirti meet Naira and her child. Suhasini tells Naira to come back home soon. Naira asks Karthik to pick her up soon.
Karthik agrees. Goenka’s home and home keys are missed. Suhasini asks Akhilesh to break the gate. Samarth says that Karthik has an extra key and they should wait for him. Naksh says why Karthik was late.
On the other hand, Karthik and Naira go to meet Manish. Manish gets happy seeing Kayra. Karthik and Naira wish that Manish blesses their child.
Here, Suhasini asks Akhilesh, Samarth and Naqsh to break the door. All three refused. Later, Karthik and Naira return back home.
Suhani asks Karthik if he has the key to the house. Suvarna asks Karthik and Naira where Baby is. Manish gets down from the car.
Goenka’s tears spread. Naira explains that their child did not want to return home without her grandfather. Suhasini says that Baby is lucky for her.
Suvarna tries to touch Manish’s feet but Manish excuses himself. Krishna thinks to meet Manish but Surekha stops him and says let him meet first. Krish meets Manish.
Suvarna thanks Naira for thinking so much for her. Gayu feels that Naira did not get the idea when she had a child.
Later, Karthik gives a grand welcome to Naira, her child and Manish. Goenka becomes happy. Naksh, Samarth and Akhilesh support Karthik.
Goenka becomes happy. Karthik walks his child with red feet and comes inside. Naira becomes happy. Karthik sees the footprints and gets emotional (Rishta plays the title track in the background).
Goenka gives parenting tips to Kayra. Goenka women dance for Kayra and her child.
