Goenka is waiting for Karthik and Manish in the morning. Karthik brings Manish down and tells everyone that they are best friends now. Naira then tries to talk to Karthik but he forgives himself.
Here, the doctor tells Goenka not to tease Manish, as the person may be harming himself. He assures Goenka that after a few tests he will start his treatment and alert again to take care of Manish.
Karthik remembers his moments with Manish. Next the doctor decides to give Manish an injection but Manish is hiding behind Karthik. Karthik is struggling to calm Manish down.
