Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode 2 Saptember 2020, Kartik starts screaming at Naira. She says that she does not want to be his punching bag when it comes to treating her well and when she does not listen to him.

Naira sees the family standing up and apologizes to them for the play. She later walks out of the house. Karthik was shocked. Later, Karthik goes to Manish and tells him about his heart.

He tells her that nobody even considers him Naira. He says that he will not allow surgery at any cost and will take care of him all his life.

On the other hand, both Surekha and Suvarna cry for family happiness and complain to God to always give them pain. Suvarna breaks down in front of God.

She asks God to stop taking her test. There, Naqsh and others try to talk with Naira. Naira does not respond to them. Chhori brings food for Naira and she eats. She eats non stop and the theft stops her.

Naira cries and shares, she is hurt by Karthik’s word. Later, she worries Manish and makes a video call to Suvarna and Goenka.

She pours her heart out for Goenka. Suvarna praises Naira’s decision. Akhilesh, Gayu and Surekha also support Naira.

Naira later reads on the internet and shares with Naksh that Karthik should say yes to Manish’s surgery. She urges Naqsh to talk to Karthik.

Mother-in-law and Kaveri intervene and ask Naksh not to interfere as Kartik and Kirti should take this major decision. Naqsh says that he has yet to discuss with Keerti. Mother-in-law asks Naksh that she should not stop in between.

Also, Naira remembers Karthik and drains his heart. Karthik also thinks of Naira. Naira gets tired and sits on the floor. Chhori brings water for Naira. She wipes Naira’s tears. Naira gets mesmerized seeing Chhori’s good side.
